Ordering livestock online
Buying fish online can feel uncertain at first. We make each step clear, pack livestock with care and guide you from dispatch to delivery.
Before dispatch
Livestock is checked before leaving us and only sent when suitable for travel. Fish are prepared for transport, packed with clean water and sealed securely in strong fish bags with oxygen where required.
Packed for safe travel
Orders are insulated and packed to help maintain a stable temperature during transit. Heat packs or cooling measures may be used when appropriate, depending on the weather and the needs of the livestock.
Delivery day
Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel on the first delivery attempt. Once delivered, open the box promptly, check the livestock carefully and begin acclimating them slowly to your aquarium.
DOA cover
If there is a problem on arrival, please contact us straight away before opening the fish bags. Clear photos or video of the livestock in the unopened bag may be required for DOA cover to apply.
